Dollar General at 324 West Rollins Road, Round Lake Beach, Illinois.

I have been shopping at this location for years - I love the staff - it has changed a bit through the years but for the better- Very nice, friendly and helpful - until yesterday when I needed help and was told "I'm busy find someone else to help you" by a skinny little twerp of a pin dick white boy- what kind of customer service was that? Clearly he is in the wrong line of work- I thought to myself well, if that is a new hire then someone didn't train him correctly or whoever interviewed that POS didn't see his customer service skills SUCK! I made my to the front of the store where the sweetheart of a cashier not only apologized for his rudeness but also helped me find what I was looking for. I was going to take my business next door until I was told he was a store manager temporarily there from another location helping. WHAT? A STORE MANAGER? WITH THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE? Way to go Dollar General you really know how to pick them.
